If you really want to spit hairs you can play half of that and still play this game at decent settings with a decent GPU, There are plenty of guides on how to build a gaming PC that while wont max every game ever they will be very good and do what you want them to. YOU CAN'T GET DX12 FOR WINDOWS 7 FROM MICROSOFT OR ANYWHERE ELSE. Only a small percentage of the Windows 7 community has DX12, as a result of a World of Warcraft special update for their installations only. I FOUND YOU CAN'T UPDATE TO DX12 ON WINDOWS 7 !!! I had DX 11, so I went to update to DX12. I'd assumed I had DX12 for some time.and I found I didn't. Since I run Windows 7, I figured I'd go look.
